Maala ESG Index 2025
Maala is Israel’s leading corporate responsibility organization, with a membership of around 120 of the country’s top companies. Each year, it publishes the Maala Index, the national benchmark for corporate responsibility and responsible management. We have been proud members of Maala and its Index since 2019.
For six consecutive years, we have achieved the Index’s highest recognition – Platinum Plus.
In 2025, we were once again ranked among Israel’s leading companies, receiving a Platinum Plus (AAA) score. As part of this assessment, we also participated in the Diversity & Inclusion Index, earning the highest rating of five stars – for the third year in a row, View full ranking results
Ethics and Human Rights
Our Code of Ethics is built on the Group’s vision and core values. It captures the spirit of our organizational culture and sets out the principles and standards that guide how we conduct our business and engage with stakeholders.
In 2025, the Code was revised to reflect our new brand values – Relevance, Stability, and Humanity. At the same time, we introduced a Human Rights Charter, reinforcing our commitment to safeguarding the rights of everyone connected to our business

Corporate Governance Quality Model
For every corporation in which we consider investing, we evaluate the quality of its corporate governance using a proprietary rating model developed by the Group. Key parameters assessed include: board and executive leadership, audit and oversight functions, shareholder rights and transparency, executive compensation policies, and responsible investment practices

Flagship Community Project – Clal Resilience Center
The Clal Resilience Center is our flagship community initiative, created to strengthen resilience across Israeli society. Fully aligned with our business strategy, the Center offers an open-access digital platform – available through our app and website – that is free and accessible to the general public, whether or not they are Clal customers.
The platform provides information, guidance, and referral services on a wide range of topics for families, youth, adults, and seniors. It also connects users with professionals who can offer support in times of crisis. We are proud that the Resilience Center supports tens of thousands of people in Israel every year
